FROM OUR PASTOR
“…If you’re not enjoying the validity of the truth of God’s word, it’s most generally because your confession has you in bondage…”

NOW THAT MAKES SENSE
7 HEBREW ROOT WORDS FOR PRAISE

YADAH
- The fourth Hebrew root word for praise is "YADAH". Found in Psalms, chapter 67, verse 3

(3) "Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee."

- YADAH means: let all the people worship God with extended hands.
- To extend our hands toward heaven is a form that God wants in worship. This is the YADAH praise!

Hands extended upward are the universal sign for "surrender". We extend our hands up toward Heaven and in essence we are surrendering unto the Lord. We are saying: "I give up! I surrender to Your will in my life. Put in or take out anything in my life that is not like You. Lord, I GIVE UP!"

FROM OUR PASTOR
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF OUR NEW ADDRESS! WE DO NOT WANT TO MISS ANY OF YOUR LETTERS!

I. If you’re not enjoying the validity of the truth of God’s word… it’s most generally because your confession has you in bondage.

A. Negative attitude and words produce negative actions:
Matthew 14: 22-23
v. 31 – And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “Oh you of little faith, why did you doubt-”

Matthew 17: 14-21
v. 17 – Then Jesus answered and said, “Oh faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you- How long shall I bear with you- Bring him here to Me.”

B. Jesus became weary of the doubt and unbelief of His disciples!
Mark 4: 35-41
v. 40 – But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful- How is it that you have not faith-”

John 11: 1-46
vs. 25 & 26 – Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me, shall never die. Do you believe this-”

John 20: 25
v. 25 – The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.” But he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”

C. Faith-filled attitude and words produce the blessings of God:

Mark 5: 25-34
v. 34 – And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”

Mark 7: 24-30
v. 29 – Then He said to her, “For this saying go your way; the demon has gone out of your daughter.”

Mark 9: 23
v. 23 – Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

Mark 10: 46-52
v. 52 – Then Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.

Luke 7: 1-10
v. 9 – When Jesus heard these things, He marveled at him, and turned around and said to the crowd tha tfollowed Him, “I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!”

II. If you are afraid to confess and act upon what you have asked of God, you already doubt in your heart!

James 1: 5-8; 22-25
v. 5 – If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
v. 22 – But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; 24 for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 25 But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

III. Five confessions we should always hold fast to:

A. CONFESS the absolute Lordship of Jesus Christ over your life and your loved ones!

Philippians 2: 5-11
v. 5 – Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

1. Jesus has always been, Jesus is today, and Jesus will always be Lord over ALL!
2. Jesus is Lord over all even thru us…

James 4: 7 & 8
v. 7 – Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you doubleminded

B. CONFESS 1 Peter 5: 7
v. 7 – casting all you care upon Him, for He cares for you.
YOU SAY: I don’t have a care…

C. CONFESS Psalms 23: 1
v. 1 – The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want
YOU SAY: The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want

D. CONFESS Isaiah 53: 3-5
v. 3 – He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.
YOU SAY: Every sin, sickness, disease, sorrow, and grief was laid upon Jesus so that I could be free from them

E. CONFESS 1 Corinthians 1: 30
v. 30 – But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God--and righteousness and sanctification and redemption
YOU SAY: Jesus is made unto me wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.

HALLELUJAH AND PRAISE THE NAME OF THE LORD!
Pastor Ralph

THANK YOU!
To our new family at Calvary Assembly of God in Merced, CA. What a pleasure it has been to be a part of the family. You have made us feel as if we belonged there from the beginning. We love each one of you and look forward to the many years ahead of worship, praise, preaching, and fun!

Dear Brother Margus, how blessed we have been to have you as a part of our family. You are anointed of God! Thank you for being the obedient servant you are!

A WONDERFUL THANK YOU to All of our family at VSPW – your faithfulness and unending prayers are more appreciated than you know. We love you tremendously!

We also want to say how much we appreciate the loyal support to this ministry. God has been so faithful to bless and support this ministry through His people.

TESTIMONY TIME!
“Our Chapel is wonderfully busy. We’re eagerly anticipating two new, actually three, Bible studies. ‘Evangelism Explosion (levels 1 & 2)’, ‘Revelation by Precept Ministry’, and Chap’s starting one I’m really excited about ‘The Purpose Driven Life’ based on Rick Warren’s book. I’ve wanted to read that book for a long time. Please join me in prayer that we can have enough books donated for the study, We’ll register about 120 ladies!“

“Our mother died in 1971. It still bothers my brother. He is an angry person inside. I was 13 at the time and it hurt! I attempted suicide a few years after, but God said “nothing doing!” I was so empty, lonely, and depressed at that time without a mother and father in my life, but now I’ll just keep going on, confessing Jesus, and talking to Him!”

“January 21st thru the 28th came quickly this year and went by just as fast. And even though this time had been set aside for the ‘Sanctity of human life week’, not a day goes by that I am compelled to stop and thank the Lord for His deliverance in my life. Since I have begun to share my testimony, I have become more aware of just how many women have been deceived and lied to. I praise God that so many women and young girls are hearing the truth about abortion! Not only the health effects, but the emotional scarring it causes that only God’s mercy and grace can heal. God is a mighty God, and (thank God!) the only one of His kind! I lived many, many years with the lie “it’s ok, it was the right thing to do” or the widely accepted “it’s your body, you can do what you want”. These lies can only comfortably cover the truth for so long. Eventually reality will set in. That’s when the Love of God; the Grace and Mercy of our Lord rushes in, and lets us know that we are covered by His blood; by the blood of the Lamb, and that our children are safe and warm in the loving arms of God where we will see them one day.
Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King; soon and very soon, we are going to see the King; soon and very soon, we are going to see the King; HALLELUJAH, HALLELUJAH, we’re going to see the King… There’ll be no crying there; we are going to see the King…. There’ll be no crying there …”

Praying That Gets Results
Matthew 21: 12-22
v. 21 – So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. 22 And all things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

Mark 11: 20-26
v. 24 – Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. 25 “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.”

I. Prayer that brings results must be based on the Word of God

Please – start with the answer, which is God’s Word

John 15: 7
v. 7 – If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

1 John 3: 22-24
v. 22 – And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment. 24 Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

1 John 5: 14-15
v. 14 – Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

Isaiah 55: 6-11
v. 6 – Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his way,
And the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God,
for He will abundantly pardon. 8 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD. 9 "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. 10 "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

II. Begin in Faith
A. Confession
1. Believe you’ll receive when you pray!
Believe you’ll receive what you pray!
2. Holy fast to your confession

Hebrews 4: 12-16
v. 12 – For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. 14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

B. Do not doubt but believe it is already done.

James 2: 14-24
v. 14 – What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works- Can faith save him- 15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled," but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit- 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. 18 But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. 19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead- 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered Isaac his son on the altar- 22 Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect- 23 And the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." And he was called the friend of God. 24 You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.

III. Refuse to allow doubts and fear to enter your heart or mind!
A. Satan is a liar!!
B. You are a believer in the Word of your God! Establish your witness!
C. Fill your mind and spirit with the Word.

II Corinthians 10: 3-5
v. 3 – For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,

A. Focus on the answer, not the problem
B. Refuse to accept anything contrary to the Word of God
C. Refuse to listen to people who speak negatively or try to rob you of your blessing!

IV. See yourself succeed, not fail

A. Proverbs 4: 20-22
v. 20 – My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. 21 Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; 22 For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh

B. Matthew 6: 19-34
v. 19 – Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22 "The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! 24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon. 25 "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing- 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they- 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature-
28 "So why do you worry about clothing- Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith-
31 "Therefore do not worry, saying, "What shall we eat-' or "What shall we drink-' or "What shall we wear-' 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

C. Romans 13: 14
v. 14 – But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

V. Testify of what you believe – the Word

Revelation 12: 11
v. 11 – And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Pastor Ralph

FROM THE HEART:
What an experience it has been! God has really done some shaking in Four Corners. Bear with me as I try to tell you the short version. As you all know, we here at FCOM have been praying that the Lord would guide this ministry in His direction. You see, for a while we had been telling each other, “Can you feel it- God is fixing to do something in this ministry, and it’s going to be big!” To be truthful, I was a bit nervous about any changes, but I knew that God had created Four Corners and we were His to do whatever He desired.

As it would be, God spoke to Pastor Ralph and told him to gather the team; we were going to visit a church in Merced. After a few times being their guests, I believe the Lord confirmed it in the hearts of FCOM that Merced was to be our new home. Now all we were waiting for was Merced to receive that same message. In the month of October 2003, God brought Four Corners Outreach Ministry and Calvary Assembly of God together to make one AWESOME family! I have to say these people are some of the best God has! From the youngest child to the eldest senior, they LOVE the Lord and have a heart for the lost. Not just a few, mind you, but the whole lot of them! I have to mention one particular person though I love and adore each one.

The first time I had the privilege of worshiping with these wonderful people, there was one that just stood out from the rest in my eyes. This woman was excited about God! It was just her and God. It was like nothing in the world could break the flow of praise. She raised her voice in praise, was excited about tithe and offering, and preached right along with the sermon. I began to pray that the Lord would restore to me the Liberty I saw in her that I had let go (and He has AMEN!) Sister Linda, You Are AWESOME! Never stop praising like you do!

I used to think that God was only moving in the prisons, but Brothers and Sisters, God has not stopped moving in this church! I pray that the children of God will put aside their differences and the fear of what others will think of them, truly let go, and worship God the way He deserves. The word says:

Psalm 100
1 Make a joyful shout to the LORD, all you lands!
2 Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.
3 Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
5 For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations

It still eludes me how we are able to attend a concert or sports game, scream, yell and get excited, and then come to church the next day and have trouble expending half that energy to praise and worship our God. We seem too preoccupied about our makeup running or that the others might not think we are ‘solid’ because our hearts are broken before the Lord. Psalm 51 states that “the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart; These, O God, You will not despise.” There are to many sleeping (comfortable) churches! Have we forgotten what it is like to feel a REAL move of the Spirit- WAKE up children of God! LOOK UP FOR YOUR REDEMPTION IS DRAWING NEAR. If that doesn’t excite you, nothing will!

THINK ABOUT IT:
If you missed the Volume 3/Issue 3 of Frontline News, I suggest you find one quickly! Don’t miss out on this awesome study by Brother Margus!

3. A JEWISH TEMPLE SHALL BE BUILT AGAIN IN THE CITY OF JERUSALEM…
Three times the Jewish Temple was built and destroyed. It was first built by Solomon, and destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BC. It was later rebuilt by Zerubbabel, and destroyed by the Syrians during the 400 silent years between the Old Testament and the New Testament in 198 BC. It was again rebuilt by Herod the Great, and destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD

Today, only a small part of the Western Wall of the Temple platform still remains. However, some day, if I interpret the prophetic scriptures correctly, the Jewish Temple will be built again. We read in 2 Thessalonians 2:3,4 that in the end-times the Antichrist will sit in the temple of God, declaring that he himself is God, and demanding a blasphemous worship from the people.

The prophet Amos speaks about the time when God “will bring again the captivity of my people Israel, and they shall build the waste cities… and I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord” (Amos 9:14,15). It is in that setting that the prophet says, “In that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David… and I will raise up its ruins, and will build it as in the days of old” (Amos 9:11).

4. THERE WILL BE A FINAL SIEGE AGAINST THE CITY OF JERUSALEM…
Probably no city on earth has suffered so many invasions, sieges, and destruction as the city of Jerusalem. The city has been destroyed more than a score of times. Its streets, aqueducts, and buildings have been reconstructed over and over again. That’s why today, in order to see any part of Jerusalem that is authentic from Jesus’ time, one must go underground at least twenty or thirty feet.

Jerusalem is built on the rubble of more than twenty previous civilizations. The prophetic scriptures indicate that there are still some more days of agony ahead in the future of Jerusalem. More than half of the nations on earth is openly hostile to Israel, and many others are tottering on the brink.

The Bible says that at the time of our Lord’s Second Coming, all nations shall be gathered in the land of Israel, against the city of Jerusalem. Zechariah 14:2 and 12:8 say, “For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished… and in that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem.”

The armies of earth’s nations will assemble in Palestine. The King of the North will come down, leaders from the West will come over, and the Kings of the East will arrive. All these armies will cover Palestine with the aim of destroying the Jewish people, but just then, in the midst of that conflict, the Son of God will appear, and Revelation 19 says that those armies will be slain by the sword of Him who sits on the white horse! Finally – at long last – the filthy conditions of this earth will be wiped clean. Jesus himself will rule the earth with an iron grip.

5. FROM JERUSALEM JESUS WILL REIGN DURING THE MILLENNIUM…
Someday the city of Jerusalem will live up to the meaning of its name. It will become “the City of Peace”. During the period when Jesus reigns on earth, the city of Jerusalem will become headquarters for the Messiah. He is going to dwell in Jerusalem, and rule the world from there.

Isaiah 2:2,3 says, “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lords’ house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and … all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and say, come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths, for out of Zion shall go… the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”

In that day, glory will return to the city of Jerusalem. Where Jesus was once mocked, he will be exalted. Where he was once placed on a cross, he will be on a throne. Toward this City, some day all nations will move, seeking the law of the Lord. From this city, some day, blessings will flow out to the whole world. The Psalmist says that Jerusalem shall be “the joy of the whole earth”. (Psalm 48:2)

6. JERUSALEM IS TYPICAL OF A NEW JERUSALEM YET TO COME…
Abraham looked for a city whose builder and maker was God. That hope will some day be realized. The heavenly city (described in Revelation 22) will be a kind of “new” Jerusalem. The Bible says, “And I John, saw the holy city, the New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”

There are only two things in this world that you can be absolutely sure of – death and taxes. But, we can be absolutely sure of a third thing – and that is Israel will some day be restored to a place of blessing, and the city of Jerusalem will become the center from which Jesus Christ will reign over all the earth.

Today, Jerusalem is the center of international controversy. Several times the hostility between Arab and Jew has brought the world almost to the brink of war. Well might the Psalmist say, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love thee” (Psalm 122:6)

Jesus spoke often about final events during this present age. He says that the nations of the world will make an insane march against the land of Israel, with a focus on the city of Jerusalem (Luke 21:20). Those will be “days of vengeance” and will be followed by “signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars, and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity... men’s hearts’ failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming upon the earth… and then shall they see the Son of Man coming in a cloud, with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads, for your redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:25-28).

Today if you are not right with God through faith in Jesus Christ, if you have never repented of sin and bowed in humility before the heavenly Father, it would be wisdom on your part to respond with a great big “YES” to the Lord’s invitation to “Come unto me… and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
AMEN
Brother Margus

POETS CORNER:
Mom!
I can not remember the first time
My mom read me my first rhyme
Into my memory I tried to look
So long I can’t remember my first book
That’s how long my Mom’s been there
To dry my tears and brush my hair
God blessed me with such a marvelous Mom
With gentle, timeless love and always so calm
No matter the pain I put her through
She loved me, held me, and prayed for me too
How did she last this long with me-
Knowing what a twit I could and can be
No matter the trouble, the hurt, the scare
Mom never gave up she was always in prayer
She has always warned me, "You better watch out
What comes around goes around, without a doubt"
Did I listen- Nope! No time!,
My feet in motion, mom left behind
This warning I shrugged off and just ignored
Just as I had done so many times before
Until one day in August of 92’
God gave me a life, precious and new
A daughter so sweet, tiny and small
I knew she’d be the greatest of all
Time went on; my attitude unchanged
Mom kept telling me but it was all just a game
Then the day came; I heard my name called
"Mom, Maawwm!!" the voice said with attitude and all
I turned and looked and to my surprise
It was me all over again starring back into my eyes
So girls listen close to this small tale
When Mom gives words of wisdom, listen well!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MOM!

CHECK LIST:
Don’t you just love Ephesians chapter 6- It is just one chapter in the wonderful Word of God that needs to be read DAILY! It is our checklist for each day! Now, when you read these scriptures GET EXCITED! God is our shield and buckler. HE is our protection and our strength! HE is our way out of no way! I’m excited just writing this article!

Ephesians 6
- Family Responsibilities; the Christian's Armor
(1) 1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2 "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with promise: 3 "that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth."[1]
4 And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.

- Bondservants and Masters
5 Bondservants, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in sincerity of heart, as to Christ; 6 not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as bondservants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, 7 with goodwill doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men, 8 knowing that whatever good anyone does, he will receive the same from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free.
9 And you, masters, do the same things to them, giving up threatening, knowing that your own Master also[2] is in heaven, and there is no partiality with Him.

- The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age,[3] against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

- A Gracious Greeting
21 But that you also may know my affairs and how I am doing, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, will make all things known to you; 22 whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that you may know our affairs, and that he may comfort your hearts.
23 Peace to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

PALABRA DE FE:
como conocer a Dios
PASO 1
El Propósito de Dios:
Paz y Vida

Romanos 5: 8

PASO 4
Nuestra respuesta
Recibir a Cristo

Confesar a Cristo

Quiero ALEJARME DE MIS PECADOS.

1 Juan 5: 12-13

LOOK

Spare a dollar ma'am-
Help me find my way-
These simple phrases
I hear everyday
By people who are
hurting The hole they
need to fill
The emply place within
their hearts
With thiings they think
are real
When it came my turn
To hear his cry
I did not stop
I passed him by
For the man I saw
I promised to pray
And call on Jesus
To help him find his way
Then night came
I went to bed
Exhausted and tired
I'd forgotten what I said
Then in a dream
Jesus came to me
With the saddest look
I had ever seen
with Tears in His eyes
He went on to say
"You passed me by"
"And forgot to pray"
"I needed you"
"That very day"
"But you passed me by"
"And forgot to pray"
"As time went on"
"You went your own way"
"And you passed me by"
"And forgot to pray"
"Your life's too busy"
"Filled with stuff"
"Too busy for me"
"So that's enough"
"Now it's been so long"
"I don't know your name"
"Away you must go"
"Into Eternal Flame"
